App and Website Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Go Bro GPS website (the "Website") or the Go Bro GPS mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or the App.
2. Website and App Purpose
The Website is provided to share information about Go Bro GPS, LLC, its products, services, beta program, sponsorship opportunities, investor information, and company updates. The App provides culturally authentic GPS turn-by-turn navigation delivered through original voiced personas, available on the Apple App Store.
3. Mobile Application Terms
Subscription Services. The App offers paid subscription tiers including a monthly plan, an annual plan, and a lifetime access option. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings at Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Go Bro GPS, LLC does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment card information.
Restore Purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your previously purchased subscription or lifetime access by using the Restore Purchases option within the App. Apple requires that this functionality be available to all users.
Location Data. The App requires access to your device's precise location to provide navigation services. Location data is used solely to calculate and deliver turn-by-turn directions. You may revoke location access at any time through your device settings under Privacy & Security > Location Services. Revoking location access will prevent navigation functionality from working.
Acceptable Use. You may use the App only for lawful personal navigation purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App's personas, audio content, scripts, or any other proprietary content.
Updates. Go Bro GPS, LLC may update the App periodically to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to install required updates.
Subscription Lapse. If your subscription expires or lapses while a navigation trip is in progress, the current trip will be allowed to complete. Access to premium features will be suspended at the end of that trip until a valid subscription is restored.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website or the App. By using the Website or the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content associated with the Website and the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, trade dress, characters, audio, videos, scripts, navigation personas, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Go Bro GPS, LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Go Bro GPS, LLC.
6. Trademarks
Go Bro®, Go Bro GPS®, BroTection®, BroTrip®, BroGame®, Ask Go Bro®, and all related names, logos, slogans, persona names, and character identities are trademarks or proprietary assets of Go Bro GPS, LLC. Unauthorized use of any trademark or proprietary asset is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Permitted Use
You may use the Website and App only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with the security of the Website or App, attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or App, scrape or harvest content, introduce malicious code or malware, or use the Website or App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
8. User Submissions
If you submit information through contact, investor, sponsor, or beta forms on the Website or App, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such submissions do not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, investment, or advisory relationship between you and Go Bro GPS, LLC.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website and App may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms. Go Bro GPS, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement of those sites or their content.
10. No Warranties
The Website and App are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Go Bro GPS, LLC does not warrant that the Website or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. GPS and navigation accuracy may vary depending on device, location, and network conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Go Bro GPS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Website or App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. You acknowledge that GPS navigation is an aid and not a substitute for attentive driving and compliance with all traffic laws. Go Bro GPS, LLC is not responsible for accidents, traffic violations, or any other incidents arising from use of the App while driving.
12. Future Products
Descriptions of future products, features, pricing, subscriptions, personas, or launch dates on the Website or in the App are informational only and may change without notice. Nothing on the Website or in the App constitutes a promise or guarantee that any feature or service will become available.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Website and App is governed by the Go Bro GPS Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gobrogps.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy covers data collected through both the Website and the App, including precise location data collected for navigation purposes. By using the Website or App, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
Go Bro GPS, LLC may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Website or App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
